| 1 tbsp | butter |
| 300 g | risotto rice (eg Carnaroli) |
| 2 dl | white wine |
| 1 l | vegetable broth, hot |
| 0.5 bunch | parsley |
| 100 g | alpro soya cuisine (coop) soy cream |
| 60 g | simply veganer Schmelzgenuss (grated “cheese”, coop) |
