Goulash sans boeuf? Beaucoup de Hongrois secoueraient probablement la t\u00eate \u00e0 cette pens\u00e9e. Ajouter l&rsquo;oignon et faire frire pendant environ 2 minutes en tournant. Fry le soja Schnetzel dedans bient\u00f4t. Saupoudrer de poudre de paprika, retourner le tout avec la cuill\u00e8re en bois et important: d\u00e9glacer rapidement avec de l&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez maintenant la p\u00e2te de tomate avec le tamis ferm\u00e9 (avec le cumin et la gousse d&rsquo;ail enti\u00e8re), la tomate pel\u00e9e, les lani\u00e8res de paprika et les feuilles de persil et faites cuire.<\/li>\n<li>Saler.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, \u00e9pluchez les pommes de terre, les carottes et la racine de persil et coupez-les en petits morceaux. Incorporer ensuite la soupe au goulasch hongrois et laisser mijoter au moins 45 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le schnitzel au soja soit imbib\u00e9 de goulash.
